THE FIRST round of trials at the Strachan Football Foundation (SFF) for the 2015/16 season are taking place this February half term (February 17-18) at the home of Rugby Town FC.

The SFF Football Education Programme was formed in July 2011 and provides a great opportunity for young people aged between 16 and 18 to continue their education whilst receiving coaching from coaches with Premier League experience including current Scotland manager Gordon Strachan.

In partnership with Ofsted grade 1 ‘Outstanding’ training provider Heart Of England Training, SFF have delivered over 280 qualifications in four years and offer a great opportunity for young people who are looking to develop a career in football and the sports coaching industry or looking for a scholarship in the USA.

The programme offers a range of qualifications from Level 1 to Level 3 BTEC, with the latter providing a gateway into university in the UK.

There are also limited places for Sports Coaching apprenticeships working within schools and clubs in Coventry and Warwickshire.

To book your place on the trial days visit trachanfootballfoundation.co.uk, email [email protected] or call 07881338388.
