THERE were 24 juniors from Rugby Triathlon Club taking part in the Warwickshire Triathlon held at Warwick School.
Tom Tyler appeared effortless as he clocked an impressive 30:06 in the TS3 category, finishing first and having a lead of one minute and 31 seconds over second place.
Another exciting race saw Jake Louis and Ben Leugs go neck and neck throughout in the youth category with very similar bike and swim times.
It was only on the running section where Louis managed to gain the upper hand, his favourite of the three disciplines.
Louis gained a lead of one minute and 23 seconds ahead of his friend and rival Leugs.
