Hill hoping to realise British Championships dream

Rugby Editorial 3rd Oct, 2019   0

RUGBY racer Morgan Hill is targeting the British Championships in 2020 after a stellar couple of years competing on the track.

Morgan, who has raced since the age of six, currently competes in both the Hunts Kart Racing Club and Whilton Mill Kart Club Championships, and sits fourth and second in the respective competitions.

The 11-year-old Honda Cadet driver is supported by his parents Lyn and Colin, who share the workload as mechanics, with Morgan’s father performing his duties despite suffering with chronic fatigue syndrome.

Excelling beyond his years against older and more experienced drivers, Morgan is now ready to take the next step and continue his progression following an offer from Project One East Anglia Racing factory team.

Should he accept, Morgan will be able to fulfill his dream of racing in the British Championships, but first requires the financial backing of sponsors to help pay for various outgoings such as race entry costs, team fees and kart maintenance.

For more information on how to support the budding racer and to enquire about the various sponsorship options, contact Colin by email at [email protected], or ring 07722 626158.
