RUGBY Borough Women reached the fourth round of the Women’s FA Cup with a comfortable 3-0 home win against Mancunian Unity at Kilsby Lane.
Borough broke the deadlock on 26 minutes when Alanta Brown sent a half-volley into the bottom corner from Alanah Mann’s cross.
And Rugby doubled their lead on 72 minutes as Kelis Barton poked the ball into the net from Nicky Potts’ pass.
The home side sealed their place in round four on 79 minutes when Angelina Nixon drew a foul in the box and Yasmin Mosby stepped up to score the resulting penalty.
