RUGBY Town’s record goalscorer and appearance holder David Kolodynski has left the club after having his contract terminated.
Kolodynski netted a club-record 283 goals in 544 appearances across four separate spells with Valley.
In total, the striker spent 18 years with the Butlin Road club.
He scored 20 goals as the club won promotion from the United Counties League Premier Division South in 2022/23.
Kolodynski made his last appearance for Valley in September, coming off the bench in Rugby’s 2-2 draw with Hednesford Town in the FA Cup.
He scored in his last league outing for the club in Valley’s heavy 5-1 defeat at Loughborough Students last month.
Kolodynski departs the club with Rugby inside the Northern Premier League Midlands relegation zone.
The striker did not feature in Town’s 5-1 defeat at bottom club Hinckley LRFC last weekend.
