A WOMAN charged with manslaughter of a seven-month old baby from Lutterworth pleaded not guilty at a trial yesterday. (Wednesday March 2)
Chaunfang Zheng, from Southwark in London, appeared at Leicester Crown Court via video link to deny her charges.
The 30-year-old was arrested after an incident in the Linden Drive area of Lutterworth on March 22 last year. The young girl was taken to hospital following the incident, but died three days later.
Her trial date has been set for July.
