A TASTE of success is on the menu for Rugby food and drink businesses who ‘embody the spirit of the town’.
Rugby First is sponsoring the Taste of Rugby Award in the 2025 Coventry and Warwickshire Foodie Awards – and is encouraging town centre businesses to enter.
The Taste of Rugby Award is open to food businesses which use locally-sourced ingredients, create jobs and strengthen bonds in the community.
Rugby First Business Director Linda Lowne said: “This award category strengthens the sense of unity and pride in the town while showcasing our amazing food and drink businesses.
“The offering should have a demonstrable impact on the town, whether through job creation, supporting and showcasing local producers, artists, community groups, businesses or start-ups, as well as engagement with other businesses and events or fostering a sense of local pride.
“Whether it’s a cosy cafe, a trendy bar, a fine dining restaurant or a lively pub, this award showcases the best of the town’s food and drink scene.”
The Coventry and Warwickshire Food and Drinks Awards is now in its fourth year and celebrates the makers, creators and providers of local, regional food, drinks and hospitality experiences.
Visit www.cwfoodieawards.co.uk for more information and to enter before the closing date of March 31.
