Staff threatened during robbery at Rugby phone shop

ROBBERS threatened staff and stole thousands of pounds worth of goods at a phone shop in Rugby.

Four men forced their way into a storeroom at the O2 shop in Junction One Retail Park at around 2.30pm on Sunday (July 14).

They stole thousands of pounds worth of goods before leaving the store by the rear door.

When staff tried to stop them, one of the thieves made a threatening remark, informing the staff that he had weapons before exposing what appeared to be a knife handle.
