FRIENDS reunited – Rugbeians have been welcoming each other with open arms since hugging went back on the ‘can do’ list.
After 12 months of social distancing, shielding and the separation of friends and families, residents have welcomed their nearest and dearest back into their gardens, homes and arms.
Even the rain didn’t dampen the spirits for little Houlton residents Erin Dixon and Calum and Brooklyn Forester, who armed themselves with umbrellas and dashed outside for a heartfelt hug.
Kyle Smith of Houlton master developers Urban&Civic said: “The last year has certainly been a challenge but our residents have all pulled together and joined in with Covid-safe initiatives and online activities.
“Seeing families and friends reunite in person over the last week has been truly heart-warming.”
