THE offices above NatWest in the town centre are to be converted into 29 flats.
Plans to change the use of the building so it can be used as 21 two bedroom flats and eight with one bedroom were first proposed last year. The bank will remain open.
In the planning application documents agents Wilbraham Associates said when fully occupied the offices could cater for between 100 and 150 staff so residential use would see less traffic.
