THE M6 has reopened following a fatal pile-up on the M6 in the early hours of this morning.
Seven vehicles including lorries were involved in the crash which happened near Coventry, between junction one and junction three northbound, at around 2am.
Two land ambulances and an air ambulance arrived at the scene where a man in his 30s was confirmed dead.
Two lorry drivers – one man in his 30s and another in his 50s – were treated for leg injuries and taken to hospital.
Another crash between two lorries happened around an hour later between junctions one and two.
Both drivers were unhurt and did not need treatment.
The M6 was closed off between junction one to junction three, but has now re-opened.
