A FLASHER is believed to have struck in Rugby.
A man was seen exposing himself while driving around the Back Lane, West Street and Cross Street area of Long Lawford on Wednesday (July 1).
Three people spotted the man and West Mercia Police are now appealing for any other witnesses to come forward.
A 25-year-old from Rugby has been arrested in connection with the incident and has been released on bail while further inquiries are carried out.
