A HALLOWEEN pumpkin trail will be laid out at Draycote Water for for kids to explore during the half term school holidays.
Visitors will be invited to follow the trail and hunt for the facts about nature that have been hidden across the site by Wylie, Severn Trent’s water wizard.
Senior Visitor Engagement Officer Donna Marshall said: “We’re so excited to be welcoming visitors around our beautiful sites to enjoy the great outdoors and learn about nature this autumn with a spooky Halloween twist. We’re sure that everyone will have a fantastic time seeking out Wylie’s hidden secrets.”
Trail maps can be purchased for £3 each from the site’s visitor centre. Completed trail sheets can be exchanged for treats from a trick-or-treat basket.
The Halloween trail at Draycote Water will run daily from 10am to 3pm throughout October half term. Fancy dress is encouraged.
