A PLAY area in Rugby has received a new lease of life.
Clifton upon Dunsmore Parish Council has replaced ageing play equipment with new kit with the help of Rugby Borough Council.
The council granted the project £10,000 to improve the area which included safety surfacing and a new ‘multispinner.’
The makeover, which altogether cost over £25,000, also included an adult ‘trim trail’ – a structural assault course designed to improve fitness.
Fundraisers Barbara Spiby and Jane Suddens were invited to cut the ribbon and declare the new equipment ready for use.
