LAWRENCE Sheriff School is celebrating a strong set of A-Level results.
The school has 12 students who achieved an A* in every subject, with three achieving five A* grades.
Some 46 students achieved a clean sweep of all A*/A grades, and almost 70 per cent of students achieved an A in at least one subject, with almost three quarters of all entries achieving A*-B grades.
Headteacher Teresa Mpofu said: “As we are a growing school, this was our largest cohort of students ever. They have embraced every opportunity and leave LSS ready to make their mark on the world.
“In addition, their hard work has allowed them to make superb progress and achieve outstanding exam results. We are utterly delighted for them and could not be prouder.
“Although exam results do not define a person and are only one measure of success, they should still be celebrated!”
