LOCAL chefs and street food vendors cooked up a treat at the Rugby Autumn Food and Drink Festival last weekend.
The centrepiece was the pop-up kitchen in Regent Place Gardens, where chefts hosted a variety of demonstrations on how to make the perfect Scotch eggs, sweet focaccia, cupcakes, pizza dough, cocktails and more – offering handy tips and samples of their creations
Also on the menu was live music, family entertainment, and over 50 stalls selling food and drink from local businesses, farms and producers.
As ever, the event drew hundreds of hungry punters to the town centre – and The Observer went along to take a few snaps.
