A FORMER Warwickshire Police officer has been charged with non-recent sex offences.
Timothy Lively from Bidford has been charged with offences including rape, buggery, indecent assault and indecency with a child.
The charges relate to a number of allegations made by men and women in Stratford dating back to the 1970s and 80s.
The 58 year-old, of Old School Mead, will appear at Warwick Magistrates’ Court on September 27.
