RUGBY Borough suffered successive defeats for just the second time this year following a 1-0 home defeat against Belper Town.
The game’s only goal came on 69 minutes as Ioan Evans headed in a cross from the right at the back post from close range at Kilsby Lane.
And Borough had Kane Richards sent off late on after he received two quickfire bookings in injury time.
The result means Rugby sit 14th in the Northern Premier League Midlands table, eight points clear of the relegation zone.
Rugby are next in action against Anstey Nomads on Saturday, March 21 with kick-off at 3pm at Cropston Road.
